The Podiatrist
Areti graduated from the University of Brighton in 2015 with a degree in Podiatry.
Her passion to work with children led her to complete a master's degree in Childhood Studies, from the University of Leeds, in 2016 and has received extended training in Podopaediatrics (covering foot pathologies affecting children), from the University of Staffordshire, in 2017.
During her 7 year-stay in the UK, Areti delivered her services in clinics in Brighton, London, Sheffield and Glasgow. She has managed complex and high-risk foot cases of patients with Diabetes, Rheumatoid arthritis, cancer as well as athletes with foot concerns. Areti has experience working with individuals with Autism, Down Syndrome and patients with other developmental syndromes/delays of all ages.
Over the years Areti has volunteered as a Podiatrist offering her services at London Marathon (2015), at the Special Olympics GB (2018) and as a first aider at the Nicosia Marathon run (2019).
